    After my previous review about not getting the 1 in 4 PPV poster odds, the company emailed me and sent me a free UFC 316 poster, so grateful, great customer service

    Poster never showed up

    Poster never showed up. When I contacted the UFC Collectibles team, I received no response. Very frustrating, embarrassing, and I am still mad.

    I’m pretty disappointed with the UFC mystery poster experience. The promotion says there’s a 1 in 4 chance of getting a PPV card, but after ordering more than four mystery posters, I still haven’t pulled a single PPV event. At this point it feels a bit misleading, or at least extremely unlucky.

    That said, I will give credit where it’s due: the JDS vs. Lewis poster I received is actually really nice, and the packaging is top-notch. The delivery box is sturdy, well-designed, and definitely protects the posters. I just wish the mystery aspect felt a little more rewarding—especially when the odds advertised don’t seem to line up with the results.

    The products always arrive in good condition but ive now opened 12 of these and only gotten 1 PPV poster, im likely just very unlucky but its really disappointing

    At first i was disapointed, i first received my package and my poster came damaged and ripped, i reached out and everyone was extremly helpful and help replaced the poster free of charge, i was upset to recieve my damaged product but was very happy with how helpful and nice everyone on the team was to help fix it, i would definitely buy this product again as it came faster than expected and i enjoy the mystery aspect of it and do not hep the damaged poster against them

    Please see the dispatch note on every product page which tells you the number of days before dispatch. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. We dispatch orders between the opening times of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (UK time). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, our dispatch timescales will be from the next UK working day.

    A few of our items might take slightly longer to dispatch before they are shipped to you.
