Shipping policy

We deliver memorabilia to sports fans and companies worldwide and we are experts in packaging your item to arrive with you in perfect condition. 

Please note that these delivery details are guidelines only and timescales may vary depending on item availability and custom framing requests. Items may also be sold on ‘pre-order’, therefore expect longer lead times.

Due to increased demand over Black Friday, shipping times for your orders may be extended.

For delivery of your orders in time for the holiday celebrations, we kindly request that all purchases intended for arrival before December 25th be placed no later than December 14th. 

Please allow 1–2 weeks for framed items, as they require additional time for careful manufacturing and finishing.

SHIPPING NOTES

* A few of our items might take slightly longer to dispatch before they are shipped to you. Please see the note on every product page which tells you the number of days before dispatch. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. We dispatch orders between the opening times of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (UK time). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, our dispatch timescales will be from the next UK working day.

** Please note for orders to be delivered before 25th December, they must be made before 14th December. Please note this does not allow for items that have longer lead times.

** An additional shipping surcharge may apply to over-sized items. If applicable, this surcharge will be displayed on the product page.

We will acknowledge all emails within 2 working days. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (UK time)

US Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Customs and Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Different Stock Availability: if you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Despatching of Orders: although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

1. products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the Site; or
2. sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

Personalised items - items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3-5 days before they are ready to be despatched.

For US shipments valued over $2,500, customs authorities may require the recipient’s Social Security Number (SSN) to complete customs clearance.

You agree not to take any action that would violate applicable laws.
